We recommend booking as early as possible — 9 to 12 months ahead for weddings, and 6 to 8 weeks ahead for most other celebrations. Dates fill quickly, especially during peak spring and fall seasons.
Yes. While we primarily serve the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, we're available for select events throughout Texas. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
Yes, event design and décor is one of our core services, including tablescapes, florals, centerpieces and styling. Décor materials, rentals and specialty installations are quoted separately based on your event.
Planning and design fees cover our time, creative direction and coordination. Décor materials, rentals, florals and delivery/setup labor are separate line items included in your custom proposal.
Balloon décor is not currently a specialty of ours. We're happy to recommend trusted vendor partners if this is something your event needs.
Backdrop rentals are not currently a specialty of ours. We can help coordinate with a preferred vendor as part of your overall design plan.
Yes — our Wedding Management / Coordination package is designed to step in during the final weeks before your event, so you can be fully present on the day itself.
Absolutely. Event Design is offered as a standalone service if you already have planning logistics handled and simply want help with the look and feel of your celebration.
Yes. We work with businesses and venues across DFW on employee events, client celebrations, executive dinners and more.
We do — from milestone birthdays to playful, whimsical celebrations, we bring the same thoughtful design approach to children's events as we do to weddings.
